Yacht Rental South Beach

South Beach yacht rentals depart from Miami Beach Marina at South Pointe (300 Alton Rd) — a few minutes from Ocean Drive, Lincoln Road, and the South of Fifth hotels. Charters run 4, 6, or 8 hours from $550/hr with a USCG-licensed captain. The Star Island celebrity-homes loop and the Key Biscayne sandbar are the two most-requested South Beach routes, and you're in open Atlantic water through Government Cut within 8 minutes of casting off.

Why South Beach is the easiest departure

If you're staying in South of Fifth, on Ocean Drive, or near Lincoln Road, Miami Beach Marina is the closest marina in Miami to your door — a 4-minute walk from Sunset Harbour and a short ride from anywhere below 15th Street. You clear Government Cut into the Atlantic in about 8 minutes, versus 25–35 minutes from marinas on the mainland. It's why most weekend party charters and bachelorette groups stage out of here.

Most popular South Beach routes

Star Island loop (1.5 hr): past Diddy, Shaq, Gloria Estefan and the Palm/Hibiscus mansions. Sandbar day (3+ hr): anchor at the Nixon sandbar off Key Biscayne. Ocean run + South Pointe (2 hr): out the cut, south past Fisher Island and Government Cut beaches. Sunset cruise (2 hr): golden-hour light over the bay with the skyline behind you.

Groups, bachelorettes & day parties

South Beach is the epicenter of Miami's bachelorette and birthday charter scene. Most yachts seat 12–13; for parties of 14–25 we move you to a 65'+ inspected vessel with more deck and shade. Decorations are welcome (no glitter or confetti — both are illegal in Florida waters). See the bachelorette page for a full planning checklist.
