A minimum crew gratuity of 10% of the base charter rate (before add-ons and discounts) is required for all charters. Charters on major U.S. holidays — New Year's Eve/Day, Memorial Day weekend, July 4th, Labor Day weekend, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve/Day — require 18%.

Gratuity is paid directly to the captain and crew on the day of the charter and is not processed as part of the online payment.

Additional gratuity may be given at the guest's discretion based on service.

30% deposit (or $500 minimum) to reserve your date, crew, and vessel.

Balance due day of charter. Pay the balance by cash or Zelle and you skip the card processing fees and taxes that apply to card payments.

We accept card (including Apple Pay), Zelle, cash, and Bitcoin.

Refunds on Bitcoin payments are issued in U.S. dollars for the amount you paid at booking.

Card payments include sales tax and processing fees — both itemized at checkout before you pay.

Some vessels require a refundable security deposit (typically $300–$500) — if yours does, you'll see it before you book.

It's returned in full within 3 business days after the post-trip inspection, as long as there's no damage.

Common reasons a deposit is kept: smoking burns, flushing anything besides toilet paper, stains, or excessive mess. Point out any existing damage when you board — the crew documents vessel condition before and after every trip, so you're never blamed for damage that was already there.

13 people max on board — you plus 12 guests. Children and infants count toward the limit. Crew doesn't count.

It's a federal rule for this class of vessel, not ours. The captain can refuse boarding or end the trip if it's exceeded. Larger groups are possible on specially inspected event vessels — contact us.

Pets are the captain's call and vary by boat — ask before booking. Some captains welcome small pets; some boats don't allow them.

No illegal drugs or weapons on board. The captain may deny boarding to anyone who's unsafe or heavily intoxicated.

Dangerous, aggressive, or illegal behavior ends the trip early — no refund. Where it's safe and practical, the captain will return a single disruptive guest to the dock rather than end the trip for everyone. The captain has final say on all safety and conduct matters.

Bring your own food and drinks — BYOB is welcome and legal on private charters in Florida.

No glass on board — cans and plastic only.

Your captain and crew never drink.

Swimming is allowed only when the engines are off and the captain confirms it's safe. The captain can pause or end water activities at any time.

Jet skis, floats, and water toys are used at your own risk.

You're responsible for any damage caused by you or your guests.

The boat must come back on time. Late returns are billed at the boat's hourly rate in 30-minute increments — delays caused by the crew, marina, or fueling never count against you.

Want more time on the water? Extra hours are often available day-of if the boat's schedule allows — arrange it with the captain before your scheduled end time, billed at the boat's hourly rate.

Customer cancellations are final. No refunds on customer cancellations.

If weather or mechanical issues prevent safe departure, you choose: rebook free or take 100% of your money back. Safe-departure calls are made by the captain based on official marine forecasts and vessel condition.

One free date change per booking — request it in writing at least 30 days before your charter date.

Inside 30 days, no date changes. This is separate from the Perfect Day Guarantee: if weather or mechanical issues prevent safe departure, you choose: rebook free or take 100% of your money back.

Your exact boarding location is shown on the yacht's page and confirmed in your booking email.

Arrive on time. If you're running late but stay in communication with us, you can still board when you get there and use the time remaining — the clock doesn't stop. If we don't hear from you, the charter is canceled without refund.

Charter time includes boarding and the safety briefing. If law enforcement stops the boat for a routine check, the clock doesn't pause — but routine checks are usually brief, and if one runs long the captain will make up the time when the day's schedule allows.

No notice, no refund.

The captain has final authority on all safety decisions — including weather calls, route changes, and trip cancellations.

Charters cruise Miami local waters and Biscayne Bay. The exact route — and anything beyond it — is the captain's call based on conditions that day.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.

We may adjust the schedule, route, or vessel when conditions or maintenance require it. Any substitute vessel will be comparable or better — if you're not happy with the substitute, you get a full refund.
