The maid of honor's real decisions are the fun ones: 'Bride to Be' décor staged before the bride steps aboard, a jet ski hour timed for the sandbar, catering trays that survive a boat deck. Each option shows a listed price at booking, the group-payment math happens once, and nothing new appears after you're on the water. Crew gratuity (typically 18–20%) goes straight to the crew at the end.

What's allowed on board

BYOB beverages (we provide ice & cups), balloons & 'Bride to Be' decor (no glitter, no confetti — both are illegal in Florida waters), professional photographer or videographer, your own playlist via Bluetooth, food brought aboard or catered through us. Not allowed: open flames, smoking inside the salon, and confetti.

How early to book

April–October weekends sell out 4–8 weeks in advance.

Off-season (Nov–March) you can usually book 1–2 weeks out. Saturdays book first; Sundays often have last-minute openings. A deposit is what turns a quote into a held date — until it's paid, that Saturday is still for sale.

The itinerary that never misses

1pm: board at Miami Beach Marina, décor up, playlist on, first round poured before the lines are off.

1:30: the Star Island loop — the crew points out the houses, the group points the phones. 2:30: anchor at the Nixon sandbar for two full hours of chest-deep water, paddleboards, the jet ski hour if you booked it, and the group photo that becomes the album cover. 4:30: haul anchor for the slow golden-hour run past South Beach. 6pm: dock, sun-tired and camera-full, with dinner reservations still makeable. Swap in a 4–8pm slot if the bride is more sunset than sandbar.

Most available yachts seat 12–13 guests. For 14+ we move you to a USCG-inspected vessel (65'+) which can carry up to 25, 49, or 149 depending on the boat.

Yes — BYOB is the standard. We provide ice, cups, and a cooler. Champagne, hard seltzers, and pre-mixed cocktails are most popular. Glass is fine on the larger yachts; smaller yachts ask for cans/plastic.

Yes — balloon arches, sashes, banners, and acrylic signs are all welcome. Two rules: no glitter, no biodegradable confetti (both pollute the bay and result in fines). Decor must be removed at the end of the charter.

We don't book entertainers, but you can hire your own and they're welcome on board as long as they're paid for the charter slot.

One person books and holds the reservation; most groups then split the total per head. A 4-hour charter for 12 on a 50'–60' yacht works out to roughly $120–$245 each before tax, gratuity, and add-ons — line-item prices are listed at booking so the organizer can collect once, with receipts.
